Hi there! My name is Ranger. One morning the employees for Pawmetto Lifeline came to work and there I was . . . tied to the pole by the front door. I was left there with a note from my previous owners. They said they could no longer take care of me.

When I was first welcomed here over a month ago @ Pawmetto Lifeline, I did alright. However, stress has set in. Since I have been here over NINETY DAYS I have became VERY stressed out. I am losing weight and I don't do well in my cage.

However, when I am outside, or in a larger space, I am the perfect dog!!

The kennel staff here says I am very smart and I listen and learn very quickly, too. I do perfectly fine whenever I am around people and when I am not stuck in a crate.

I already know how to sit and shake on command. One of my favorite things to do is play fetch! Oh man, I could do that all day! And this is a great way to burn some of my energy.

I do get along with other dogs; however I can be a little overbearing at first, so I need some work with that. Oh, and my other favorite things are...TOYS! I will play with any and every one you give me.

Everyone here at the shelter say I am just plain adorable. What I REALLY want is someone to take me home and show me all the love and attention a guy like me deserves! I would be a loving and VERY loyal companion.
